What does this actually do to a car with ABS? A Car with out ABS? If I lock my brakes going that fast and I have, my wheels lock up and I will probably have my car drifting in a bad way one direction or the other.. Its like winter time anytime of the year!...

This is only a very temporary fix and won't work in all cases. The Brembos dust badly and squeak when cold, period... This will help scrub excess dust off the rotors, but it won't help for long. In colder temperatures, the Brembos will squeak no matter what you do. It's the nature of high performance brakes.
