I have a question about the powertrain warranty I can not find my warranty book to tell ive heard 3 yr./36,000 miles but some searches Ive read say 5yr/60,000 miles on drivetrain the problem i am having is I have the P0601 ecm code my car has 59,000 on it would this be under warranty thanks anyone else had this problem? thanks

 

What year is your car? Should be 5 year 60k i believe.

gm covers Your Emision, / ecu till 80K Also. I had my ecu repalced, because it caught on fire from gm, junk junk junk lol

your welcome, make sure you dont have anything hooked up at the time, because gm didnt want to cover my car, because i have a progressive meth kit, that i have a led for. And they were trying to tell me that my meth kit make the computer catch on fire lol. wut ever. So just a warning k.

lol yeah its all stock expect the air box mod it was in a wreck about 1yr ago so i have a primed hood and bumper think they would try to say that made it do that thanks

 

nah, they're just trying to cover their asses trust me.....there's a lot you guys don't know about the business

 

update* I took my car in on monday to the dealership and it is under warranty yes!! dont have to pay thanks guys
