What kind of struts should I get?

My struts are blown, and I figure I should go aftermarket, seeing as how OEM struts would just blow again.

I want something a little more performance oriented than the stock ones, so that they can handle my Sportlines without blowing quicker.

Some struts have a lifetime warranty, so when they blow I can just replace 'em with no problem, like these Gabriel brand struts from Autozone- however I've heard bad things about them.

Is there any difference between struts on the LSJ and LNF cars? I was under the impression they had the same suspension. Would LNF struts respond any differently to Sportlines, or would they wear just as quickly as my stock struts?

I know that my OEM '05 struts are actually priced fairly reasonably from GM, so OEM LNF struts might be priced nicely too.

But I was hoping for something with some kind of warranty that some of these aftermarket struts have. Does anybody have a good aftermarket set to recommend?

Nothing better than Koni. LNF struts are a cheaper alternative, but Koni sturts will give you the best handling suspension, and when set to full soft, they feel almost identical to the stockers.

Unfortunately the Konis are out of my price range. Are the SS/TC struts a direct fit into a 2005 SS/SC, or is there any kind of modification necessary? Would it be the exact same procedure as installing SS/SC struts?

Someone told me that it's a lot more work to get SS/TC struts to work than it would be to just replace my 2005 SS/SC struts with a factory replacement.

I've got SS/TC + Sportlines. Awesome. Same install as the SS/SC.
