Evo 8 Enkei's..??

Can they be used? We have a weird bolt pattern, but I thought I remembered hearing we could.. Any different things necessary to get them to work or just bolt directly on? Are they 17x8? If so, you definitely can't use my tires from my 17x7 IRL's, correct?

We have a 5x110 bolt pattern and the wheels in the pic are 17's.
