so i've been looking on the forums and i only find people wanting to know what it takes to hit 300Whp ... i'm wondering has anyone done it ?

 

its been done, area 47 did it, a few other guys as well, dont remember everyone

 

Plenty have done it. Only a handful have done it on the m62 w/o n20

there is an SC'd car getting ready to push 400 if they haven't done it already.

 

You can hit 330+whp with nitrous.

 

fixed that for ya.(e85+tvs)

 

You don't even need E85 to get that with a TVS. That post was obviously with the M62.

 

i hit 313 on a 2.9 pulley

 

ditch the stock blower, or nitrous is the best/easiest way.

 

Not to mention a lot cheaper.

 

300whp on the M62 is hard. There are rumors all over this forum of people doing it without NOS but there is no hard proof posted in this thread.

I made 285/265 on a 2.7", E85 on the M62. I am not some crazy insane tuner with magic tuning skills but I could not have gotten 15 more whp out of the car. I am sure I could pick up 10whp but I would have to sacrifice some TQ.

 

Easier/Cheaper to spray. 300whp is achievable on the M62 and has been done more than once. (even w/o nitrous)

 

yeah i should of been more specific .... anyone hit 300Whp on the M62 without the Nitrous ... and whats there build ...i'm just trying to get the last few piece of the puzzle toghter haha

Ported blower, catless dp, 2.75in catback, 2.5 pully, meth, cai, dual pass,

 

its not too hard but it takes a bit of knowledge and alot of good parts, if thats your goal its easiest to go nitrous or tvs

 

Highest stock blower without nitrous = 367whp
