So I had a question. Is there any way to buy a high rise wing other than scouring the forum and ebay for someone selling it?

 

pretty much the only thing i can think of is from the stealership your best bet is off ebay though i have seen some for pretty cheap

 

you can get ripped off by the dealer... bring extra lube.

Many, many people with the high rise have got rid of it, and many of the people that either had no wing or the low one now have the high rise. It used to be easy to trade or buy, now most everyone that doesn't want the high wing got rid of it.

Ya dealer is going to rip you off. I did find one on crateenginedepot new color red.... assuming you want red since the pic in your profile. Crate engine depot wants 459.00 which i wouldnt pay for but its cheaper then what gmpartsdirect wants which is 463.49 and i think its only primer. Best bet like everyone else said is check ebay or the forum there are still plenty of people on here im sure looking to get rid of their high rise. but here are the links to crateenginedepot and gmparts direct.

haha no no no. I don't do stickers. Are you talking about trading trunk doors? would a wing trade be harder than trading the whole door? because I would have just purchased the wing from you if you were looking for cash.

as far as i know the high and low rise both bolt up in the same place so youre correct we would just have to trade wings.

reason that i cant just sell you my high rise straight up is because 2 ugly bolt holes will be left behind on my trunk..

ill have to think about if i want to have a low rise, so by all means, jump on any other deal that comes to you.

Looks good. Can't see up close, but the main thing is there's no noticeable damage, scratches or anything like that.
