New 18's

I just got my new Konig Reasons 18" Wheels on my Cobalt just a couple of days ago.

Looks good! Are they 17's or 18's. Post says 18's but sig says 17's, and they look to small to be 18's. I'll also be the first to say... "Hurry up and get those springs!"
