Hey Guys,

Just set up a dyno appt. for next tuesday, i should have my stage 4 up and running the night before. I was just wondering.... do all dynos have the abilitiy to do a A/F run or what not? And anything i need to prep or just go? Thanks guys!! Will post up after wards. Mods will be Intense stage 4 w/GMPPCatback exhaust.

Yes all dynos can do AFR. It just depends if the facility you go to has it. You should get the AFR it's worth it. As far as prep goes. Just use fresh 93 or 94 octane. Have fun!

The place I went to charged a couple bucks more for the AFR I think. Not sure though. Just wanted to give you a heads up that they might add something.

Yeah, if the dyno doesn't come with the a/f ratio and you ask for it, expect to pay like $20 more.

The sensors have a limited life span and aren't cheap, thats why most places charge extra. The built in dynojet ones though just plug into the exhaust pipe so they are pretty simple. An FJO, Horiba or LM1 though require either an extra bung in the exhaust or the removal of one of the existing sensors.
