Pulley puller..

I know its a long shot, but does anyone have a pulley puller in the Winnipeg area??

for what the super charger?? cause if thats the case u need to take it off and get a press. thats the only way to get them off... but i have a power steering puller and a crankshaft puller but its no good on the superchargers.. im an apprentice mechanic at murrays i just had a stage 2 out in thats how i know lol

Wrong, they make special pulley pullers for the Eaton blowers and they will be much easier to use than a press.

naw... use a hanger bearing clamp and it comes off like notin there may be a puller but gm doesnt have one. eaton may have one i havnt seen it but if there is id sure like to get one for our shop

not many people have access to a press. A good quality puller can be had for $100. If no one has one just buy it and charge your friends to use it!!

lol lets first see what kinda puller he needs.... if it is for the supercharger i could help him out with that at my shop.. and where can u buy such a puller???

Take your pick, all of those are Eaton specific tools that will pull the pulley and also reinstall it.

awhh thanks never knew that was available. but when u install stage 2 u only do it once and now the pullys bolt to a hub so u idunno if it be worth it but i will talk to my shop forman see if hes interested

ya right.... we have kent moore factory tools anything that deals with gmpp we wont get a tool im not sure y though seems kinda stupid.... but if we start doin more and more upgrades to cars i think were gonna have to start investing on some

Sorry guys I should have been a little more specific.. I'm lookin for a pulley puller for the supercharger. I havent tried any dealers other then the one I work at, and they said the one they have probably wont work. So unless I can find one to borrow/rent I'll be buying the ZZP puller. Can I use the same pulley puller that they use for GTP's?

i work at murrays and i know they used a power steering pulley to installe the hub and a press to remove it... im sure it would work for the gtp as well
