04's are bad for tuning, some reason the PCM is programmed with more tightness then the 05/06. Didn't mean to side bust. Just stating the obvious.

You could get more out of the car with doing a trade in rather then private sell I am sure. You selling it to get rid of a car payment or moving to better things ?

I seem to make more tq and power down low, mid range we are even. and top end he will pull

 

Not going to argue with you on this but it's a proven fact that 04's suck at tuning unless you have an 04 with an 05PCM which I have seen and take better to mods and tuning. GM flashes help the 04's but the PCM's are harder to tune.

Intense won't even touch an 04 Saturn Ion Redline because of difficulties with tuning that year PCM last I heard.
