NEW COBALT - NEW MEMBER 56k warning i think...

Hey all, just wanted to take a min and introduce myself. My name is Scott and i am from just outside TORONTO Canada

I just got an 06 Cobalt SS/SC w/G85 package, LASER BLUE!!

Picked the car up on Wed and i am in love with this car. My bro (oldsskool) another member here has had one in black for about 4 months now and he was the main reason i got this car. I was driving a 1998 Honda accord, and never thought i would own an american car. My next car was going to be the new civic si, but Honda wants way too much for the lease rate 8.39%. (GM 2.0%) not to mention this car kicks the civics ASSSSS!

Anyways as you can see from my pics the car is STOCK for now. I plan on tinting the windows for starters in the next week.

These pics were taken with my buddys RSX the night i got the car and the following morning.

the dealer tag is coming off REAL REAL SOON,,

i am on vacation next week and that is when it comes off...

Not really a Laser Blue fan (don't enjoy the purpley tint), but it is unique. Looks good under direct sun. Glad to see more Supercharged Cobalts in Canada. Still are very few in Edmonton. I was driving around today, and caught stares just about everywhere I went (although my car was freshly cleaned after two weeks of rain).

Atleast his badge isnt on crooked and upside down. It took me almost 8 months to notice, and dont worry i have since debadged the doors.
