Cobalt SS Supercharged Coupe review

Here's a review on the SS Supercharged Coupe from Topspeed.com. It has a lot of info on various features, as well as performance, design, and options. Also featured is a gallery of photos and a commercial video. Enjoy

Here's the link to the article: http://www.topspeed.com/cars/chevrol...e-ar10683.html

Was that written by a 4th grader? lol Lots of typos and stuff of that nature in there. Other then that it was a nice read, but I felt like they praised the car thoughtout the article only to bash it at the end. I agree that the fit and finish is not up to the Acura but performance is better then the Acura.

Also the WRX is not FWD.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Not to mention our only competion on the streets are the big guys like STIs, Evos and vettes. Cars like that. This is a lot of car for the price.

That article just mentioned the WRX. Not the STI add-on.

I'm not sure what new WRX prices are in the states...but around here a WRX starts at 36k CDN. This is 6k above the price of a fully optioned SS/SC and 10k over the pirce of a SS/SC with no options.

You should not expect a car that costs this much less to measure up...I have nothing at all against Subaru, I actually expect that my next car will probably be an STI...but the WRX (even the non STI) is considerably more expensive then the SS/SC and though performance may be comprable, you can't expect the entire car to be.

Those were the wheels that were supposed come the ss/sc's but the manufacturer couldn't keep up with the demand so eneded up with what we got.! I don't know the manucfaturer but someone will chime in. I've heard it in here before.

The least expensive 06 WRX I found was 24,900. It was the TR edition. This was just two weeks ago so that is pretty up to date info.
