Wider tires for stock wheels!!!

What is the widest tires that we can put on the stock SS/SC 18's! I was wanting to get a 225/40 wasn't sure if it would fit! Anyone know it would be great!

I dont think so, it isnt that big of a dif. And besides our speedos are a little fast any way. My scan gauge was reading 28 when I was doing 30 on my speedo so it should get a little closer now.

I'm still on stock suspension.... so not to worried about rubbing... yet? I am just looking for something that is a little wider but also something that does okay in the snow, that I get here in the midwest!

225/40/18's Wicked size. Honestly I know 235's fit but they have to be pushin it just looking at how far the tires stick out from the rim.

PS I have sportlines
