I am going w/ 17"x8" rims w/ a 40mm offset. I need to know what fits and what doesnt fit tire wise on the SS/SC. Will a 245/45/17 fit? Or should i go w/ a 235/40/17?

why would u go from 18s to 17s

 

Um, lighter Rims, and you can fit a larger tire on... and mount a TRUE drag radial tire.

 

if ur looking to mount TRUE DR why dont u go with 16's

 

I want to run DR's daily, and i think downsizing to a 16 is too much. I dont want it to look funny. i already bought the rims and will post pics once tires are mounted. I went w/ the ASA AR1s, 17X8. Silver w/ machined lip. I'm gonna be running nittos up front and am trying to figure out what tire to put on the back.
BFG KDW2 235/45/17 i thinking will fit w/ no problems.

 

Why not put the same size you have up front? You got 4 of the same size wheels, right?

 

Yes, all the rims are the same siez. But will a 245/45r/17 fit in the back w/o rubbing on anything?
