Whats up gang. Had a chance to run up HWY 18 to Big Bear with some friends.
GTOs, Camaros/Trans am, Corvettes.......
.......and one ION RL beyatch! Hehehe.
I'm acutally the camera car, so there is zero footage of my ION, but there are some stills.
Check it out. It is a big video/file, but promise its worth the download.
((Kinda nervous cause I just posted this on redline forums and people were having trouble w/ the DL. Mind you its a biggie and you should "Right mouse click and Save As".))

Ya, the DVD format is 450mb's! LOL. This is the "computer friendly" version.
Some footage does repeat, but its actually at different speeds. PLUS the program I use cuts from one scene, then comes back later and finishes a scene. So that adds to the look of things being repetitive, heheh.

Cameras are nothing fancy. Front bumper cam is just a $300 mini dv tape video camera. Put the steady cam feature on and turn on "wind mode" and go.
Sunroof camera is a "reverse" camera you can find on Ebay for about $30.00. It runs on 12 volts and has an RCA feed. Run that to a vcr in the back seat and hit record.
Gosh, I feel like I've given away all my secrets. LOL....
I recommend you local guys sign up or just keep taps on my board on my club's site. We normally post up and keep tabs on all the GTO, Camaro/TA & Vette meets and runs. Id love to get some Cobalt & ION action going. Hopefully as things develop.
