Why did you pull the entire front bumper off?? Keep this in mind, you will need access to this pump for adjustments and maintenance. That is why i mounted mine in an accessible spot
Good luck and enjoy the new found performance!

pump is mounted inside the engine compartment to the rad support to the right of the windshiel washer fluid res. I used the washer fluid res for it because it has the low level light on the dash for it, and its over 1 gallon. I"ll post up pics of where the pump is in a little while... I only took the whole bumper off for installation pics. it sucked and I get to do it again tomorrow for the Heat Exchanger... I can feel a big difference and I haven't really adjusted the tune much... waiting until tomorrows install and dyno so I can bump up the timing a bit... hopefully my exhaust is ready by tomorrow too... I'm in desperate need for that....

The Cobalt doesn't have a low washer fluid indicator stock. Did you add one?

28-30 on a forced induction car? You're nuts! I'm curious to see if you actually make any gains after 25. What are your IAT2 temps?

I'm putting in a new heat exchanger tomorrow if it comes in also, so I should be expecting some pretty low temps, also a new product is gonna be tested to isolate the heat soak on the supercharger... so I can't wait to see what I can do... I"m gonna adjust by 2 deg increments to see what I can pull... if my exhaust doesn't arrive tomorrow I'll probably unbolt it after the cat to see what kind of gains I can get. I don't remember the exact numbers from the IAT2, but I did see a 50-60 deg drop just with the water/meth inj.. I have the log at home... I"ll repost tonight with the actuals.

06blackg85ss: The pump should be as low or lower than the bottom of the reservoir. That is to have it gravity feed, and never lose prime, and also because it is a "pusher" pump, not a "puller" pump. It will pull, but it will likely shorten the life of the pump. We are specific about that in the installation instructions for those reasons.
