why dont u use the search button? i have an aem and i love it, i had a CEL for like 2000 miles and its gone, but TTR has great deals on everything.. just ordered a header from them.. an intake is a great mod

How hard is that tp put in? and ive heard it could void your warranty is this true??? Sorry for the dumb question but ive never really worked on cars before.

it's a simple install, and wont' void your warrenty... it will ONLY void your warrenty (by law, by the way) if the problem is a direct result of having the intake... which it wont be...

as far as the install, you should be able to do it with a very minimum knowledge of cars... you basically unclamp the old one, and put the new one back on.... a screwdriver is really all you need, and a socket to get the fender liner off... takes about an hour or so...

If you have a 2.2L or 2.4L engine, you will need a torx bit screwdriver to remove a bolt for the proper install of one part (the virbamount stud). This is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions. Removing the stock intake system will take a bit of work and require some basic mechanical knowledge. If you have a friend who is good with cars, you might want to offer him or her a few beers to come over and give you a hand. It really blows to get stuck halfway through needing a tool or something with your intake system in peices and your car half apart.
