If ur asking if thats the cat, yes it is. i just got mine back from the shop today having mine replaced. It had all of those symptoms same as you. Get it in soon, it will only get worse!!

Scared the hell out of me because that **** sounds like metal on metal from the cab.

ever since stage 2 i had the feeeling i was running pig ass rich. and after developing a hesitation during accel....and yesterday noticing a nice healthy 1psi over my supposed boost limit of 15.....i get a distinct feeling im gonna be another "clogged cat" victem.


btw....can the dealership adress the A/F ratio at all or are they doomed to replace cats forever if i dont go get a tune?

That's belt slippage.

After I installed my 3" and had gotten some anti seize on the pulley, that's the exact same sound I heard about 6200rpm.

 

well since you pegging the guage... def a clogged cat... just buy an aftermarket DP cause its just gonna keep happening
