My friends traded his 06 ss/sc for a Rsx Type s!

well actually he let someone take over the lease and got a 02 type s! He swears he is gonna be smoking me... only time will tell!

In his words " the Type S is killing the cobalt in pretty much every aspect"

thoughts? comments?

Oh boy.... I test drove an rsx-s numerous times b4 I got my second ss/sc and I disagree 75% w/ your friend. I do like the body line and interior. Not engh to make me dislike my ss, but I did find those qualities appealing.

A buddy of mine has an RSX Type-S and has told me he kinda wishes he would have opted for the cobalt because quote "it would take me alot more money and modding to make it faster, and all you have to do is get like stage 2 and a smaller pulley, bastard"

My opinion is that your friend should have stuck with the cobalt. The RSX Type-S is a sweet ride, but not worth trading in a brand spanking new 06 SS S/C for.

Car and driver put the type s and the ss/sc head to head and the cobalt won by a few points. I forget what they judged on and what not though.

hey you all cant forget about the fact that it is a 02 acura type s,,, and since it is used it probably already has money under the hood so maybe he might be able to take him

But still why would you trade in an 06 cobalt for a 02, i personally think that rsx type s sound shity with that aem intake and a full catback let alone other **** done to it

lol dont flame me!!! i love rsx's...and after next year they will be gone. Type S's are quick cars and they are good races with cobalts. esp. if work gets done, those cars are quick quick

They compared everything inside out resale value everything. The SS won but only by a few points.
