P0172

Okay I have a CMD sri and I am getting a CEL, the code is P0172 (System too Rich), does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem, and will running rich hurt the moter.

I know that the maf is in right, the opening is facing the filter, but what do you mean angled right. Does the angle really do anything, would it really make my car run rich????

If you are rich, it means you are not getting enough air. So that doityourself air intake you have is actually reducing the amount of air entering your engine. Put your stock stuff back on.
