A/F Gauge

not sure where this goes so i put it in here. well i have a 2.2l cobalt and was thinking about getting a A/F gauge but wanted to know if it is useful and worth it to get it in a 2.2l. also is it hard to install and does it work properly? Thanks in advance.

Are you going to mod and then tune? If so it is worth it. If not then don't waste your money. As for the install it depends on whether you get a wideband or narrowband. one installs easy, the other not so much.

Yes i am going to mod and tune. (tune when it is avaliable). Which one is better? wideband or narrowband? whats the difference between the two.

Sorry I should have posted that in the first place. The wideband is better for tuning because it will give you a more accurate and precise reading. I believe there are some how tos on how to install one so you might check that section to see what you are getting yourself into, but if you are going to tune you need the wideband. The narrowband is fine if you just want some show.
