I bought a K&N intake system so I have no need for this. It has low miles and in great condition. All you need to do is take the bottom cover off and install this for nice SC whine and more power! If you want to trim your airbox the gains are even more. It is mostly clean and oiled from when it was first installed not long ago. The trimming of the adapter rings that come with the filter is a time consuming job - so get this one and save yourself the time. Best bang for the buck mod around! I don't think it needs more cleaning so you could install and drive for 25-30k before cleaning it.
