Harsh Gear Shift After Dealer Removed Trans

Last month the dealer removed my trans for what they thought was an internal issue, but turned out to be a broken shift lever roll pin. Well now engaging gears seems to be rougher then before. Any thoughts on what could cause this?

Damn, what the hell do they make these toll pins out of????? My boyfriend broke two. Someone else on here was saying they broke like 5. Sheesh.

I don't know what to tell ya on the rougher shifts. Does it feel like shifter or clutch? Could be the clutch wasn't properly bled or something, I remember Dave had a problem like that with his.

I don't remember what they did with his, I think it just worked itself out though. He just pumped the clutch a few times when he first started out, then if he hadn't used it for a while he'd pump the clutch again before putting it in gear. Eventually though all the problems worked themselves out, I don't think he had to actually bleed it off at all.

LOL I haven't either and I'm at 28k, but I've heard a LOT about broken roll pins. Two people I know personally, plus a lot more I've seen on the forums.

sorry to post this here but i cant make new threads and I need mad help

Sorry I have made so many threads about my clutch but I need u guys to help me out here. Its a long story so here it goes. My car has had tranny issues for a while now the first time it had a problem I took it in they gave me a new tranny and I went on from there. Approx 2 month after my new tranny was in it got mest up it would not go into any gear at all it was like if no tranny was attached to the motor the thing would slip into the gear slot but it was like nothing was there (kinda hard to explain) after this I got picked up by saturn roadside assistance because the car would not move. They towed it a saturn dealear. I called the morning after and they were like "ohh for sure it's ur link cables "and to not make this story to long It was not they ended up telling me that my clutch and flywheel were bad and I said ok im going to look arouund for a better clutch and flywheel and they were cool about it .My new clutch, flywheel and tranny went in approx 1month after the problem I got my car back and the first day I rode it ,it felt like **** when I would decellerate in gear it would do a nasty ass grinding sound and the clutch was hard and I had to be step on the pedal all the way in but I mean all the way in to shift gears took it back the next day and I get a notice that there was a bulletin on the transmission and it needed to be repaired so another month approx and my car is now back to me in the following codition. The clutch is a lil softer but when I step on the car a bit it will not shift at all its very very hard to shift into gears even sometimes at low rpms I basically drive it better with out pressing the clutch if u know what I mean. The grinding noice got alot better but still a bit noticable and last thing that I notice today was that even with my foot in the clutch pedal all the way down if I step on it to rev the car while my foot is on the clutch the car will move up like the clutch is sticking. Please guys give me some suggestion on what i can buy Im not very good with all this clutch crap but I have heard that if the clutch is to strong the stock clutch pedal crap cant push it enough.Help me out with anything If u can teach me how a clutch works please do, tommorow im going to the dealear to speak with them and I want to go with some knowledge of what the hell can be happing

aftermarket clutch was a clutch master stg 3 and a fidaza flywheel
