sounds like you had some spark blow out...a smaller gap may fix this....it prob will...try .35 or .32

holy **** .32 gap is way to close! i run NGK brr7e i think there one step colder not sure
and i gap them at .40 start up on cold mornings idle is funny but once the car is warm the car runs smooth all the way to 7 grand... i used to have hiccups all the time on the stock tune before stage kits

do a boost leak check... my friend with a stg II had the same problem... ended up his valve cover gasket was leaking, and a line came off his hard piping... also regap the plugs to .035 and try a colder plus... by the way are you running a WGA (waste gate actuator) if so check what boost your hitting...

waste gate actuator and its a turbop term my friend..../.. I work on a lot of SRT's... seen the same problem time and time again... (AGP one is the best) but if you have it set too high you can sometimes get spark blowout and get the hiccup and full throttle.

yeah I know... but you can put a WGA in any srt-4 just controlled when the waste gate opens and lets you get more boost over stock... cheapest and best mod for an srt. beside the MBC or for the tech challenged... a manual boost controller. (I'm a member on the NYC srt club... don't own one but work on em)

lol, sorry, I am well aware of what a waste gate is in a turbo application and also what ACR is, but you just said Stage 2, and I assumed balt, but apearently you meant SRT
Hell, ours bassically IS an internal wastegate.

I assumed he mean 'CAR' and it was just a typo.. i mean, this is a cobalt site!

PS) he DID mean cobalt, and the 'acr' was a typo
