no power through pinb 16 OBD-II

wheres the fuse, i got no power through pin 16, on my OBD-II i cant tune

its the same fuse as the cigaret lighter.

thanks, for the hlep, i got tuned, now, cept im running rich which is what i expected, with less than 20 minutes i was running, a nice, half second afster according to my g-tec and my scan guage
