$599 for GM stage 1-2?

I have a local dealer who is willing to sell me the GM stage 1-2 (complete 1-2 kit) new for $599. I know some of you have been getting them for maybe a littly less, but they have this in stock along with a couple more kits and i thought the price was right.

Sounds like a decent deal? if you all approve, i'll leave right now to get it!

i know about doing it seperately would be to get parts seperately, but a warranty is on the top of my list of importance with my budget. Later on i plan on building from there, but this sounds like a decent deal to me.

You're positive it's not the 1-2 upgrade kit right? Just make sure you're getting the complete stage 2 kit.

Read the warranty thread. It seems they wont cover your warranty anyways. But that is a great price.

Yes, i got back from the dealer just a couple hours ago. It is the WHOLE kit, belt, injectors, hub and pulley. now all i have to do is schedule my appointment for the install and i'll be doing good. I read the thread about the warranty, but i'm not too worried about having any issues. I'll talk to the service manager to confirm things and maybe get something in writing from him if he agrees to still cover me. Hopefully this will go smoothly and i think i'm going to see if i can get one of my friends at the dealer to do the install.

I know they just released a new version of the stage software upgrade to eliminate the DTC's. Is the new software now the standard for the install now? or should i provide some info about the update to make sure i get the right version?

Cant wait to hit 15lbs
