There is a kid in town I sorta know... not the best of friends. But he just bought a awesone new trans am, forget the year but rather new, about a month ago not even 5k miles on it.
Unfortanetly he wrecked and demolished it but fortanetly he is ok and coming home tomorrow from the hospital.
Just trying to remind people to becareful... there is always that fine line between hardcore and stupidity.
I am not sure of the actual reason... but I'm sure he was going just a little bit to fast.

I dont think it's fair to assume that he was driving recklessly. It's a high probability that he was going too fast given the circumstances but there's a lot which could have caused the accident.
I crashed a van last summer when I was stung by a bee while driving, and I was distracted at the worst possible moment. I found myself heading towards a pole. I like to pride myself on being a safe driver, but you never know what to expect.

thats scarry though. i've been in several car accidents and at least 2 were major. i was the passenger and the other car was at fault in all of them. i've almost totaled my own car several times in the rain too(no 4 wheel abs). the rear brakes just lock up and i go into a 180. first time it happened was on my windy road a 1/4 mile from my house at night. all i could see was the trees in front of me sweeping by as i tried to counter steer. good thing i didnt go off the road cuz its a 10 ft drop and a tree filled hill following. i'm happy a car wasnt comming up my street either, because when i stopped, i was backwards in the other lane.
the second time was simmilar, but no trees or drop offs present, just a long sweeping turn. that second one scared the **** out of my passenger. when you lose controle, it gets scarry.
i guess i'm lucky though. (knock on wood)
