2007 mods

anyone know when the 07' SS/SC mods will be available? the only part that is availble right now is the exhaust manifold. ive tried borla, flowmaster, magnaflow and dynamax exhuast. but gm offers there's at a pricey $1100 im trying to find stage 2 SC and other performance parts.

The majority of the bolt-on's are the same through all the years. The only things that I'm still having a little trouble with is getting a direct answer on the tunes for our PCM. As far as I know we are gonna have to do our own STG upgrades, i.e smaller pulleys, larger injectors. All individually.

exactly...most of the bolt ons for the 06 will still fit the 07 but there are no stage kits or pcm tuning kits yet since GM screwed everyone and make changes to the PCM. Not much else mechanically has changed.

Some of the tuning companys that I have talked to have either said they have not done anything with the 07's and weren't sure what could be done, or said that they believe all GM done was a different flash, or they may be able to send the PCM out to get the flash done. Either way, the only thing really holding us back are the updated STG kits (PCM wise) and the tunes. Which really sucks because that is gonna limit what we can do for now.

I'm quite happy with my 07 so far..knock on wood...From what others have said, GM built the 07's a lil tighter. Tight like a Tiger

just curious, do you guys w/ '07's have a low profile spoiler or the standard wing? sounds like everyone w/ an '07 has the low-pro spoiler, I was just curious. I am also waiting to hear on '07 mods. I plan on waiting a year before doing anything more than an intake however.

I have the low pro spoiler. I kinda like it, but then don't. I like the high mount, but I like the stealth look of the low one. I have the Injen CAI so far and love it. I'm also lined up to get the ZZP 3" pulley, hub and GM STG 2 belt put on this friday. Can't wait. Was thinkin about putting on the 45lb injectors but without a tune I'm not sure how she'll run so I may wait.

The 2007 has a new PCM , thats why tuning is not available to you guys yet . All other mods are the same as far as exhaust , cai , pullies and injectors ect ect .

HPtuners is working on it , they have posted ahile back looking for 2007 test cars . I havent heard a thing about when the GM staged kits for the 07's will be ready though .

The 07 PCM is much better faster reacting pcm than the 05-06

i knoticed on the GM website that the performance air intake is on what looks like the 2.2 engine. do they have one for the SS or SS/SC? one more thing has anyone just did the exhaust manifold and kept the stock exhuast? and how did that work out?

I don't remember where but I heard that when the stage 3 comes out that they would be making the tunings for 07s. I think i'm wrong though.
