it is up to your states lemon laws, in ohio you have to have:
it in the shop for the same problem 3 times,
in the shop for more than 30 days in one year(not continuously)
or in the shop for 8 different things to be fixed

this is all i found for your state
Pennsylvania Lemon Law Basics
The Pennsylvania lemon law covers any consumer who buys, or leases, and registers a new motor vehicle in the state. Under the Pennsylvania Lemon Law your car may be declared a lemon if it meets all of the following conditions:
it has a nonconformity (a defect, or condition) the nonconformity is covered by the manufacturer's express warranty
the nonconformity SUBSTANTIALLY impairs the use, market value, or safety of the car
the nonconformity is not the result of an accident, abuse, neglect, or alteration of the car by persons other than the manufacturer or its authorized dealer
you reported the nonconformity at least once to the manufacturer's authorized dealer during the Pennsylvania Lemon Law Rights Period of 1 year or 12,000 miles whichever comes first.
you gave the manufacturer or its authorized dealer three opportunities to repair the nonconformity.

That's good to know. I am getting ready to take my car to another dealership for the front end noise and this will be the 4th time, so if this dealer can't fix it, I already have a lawyer on the back burner.
My car has been in 5 times for different concerns. Some of the concerns are not gone.
In Michigan, your car has to be in 4 or more times within in the first 2 years of the date of the first attempt at correcting the problem. Or it has to be out of service for a total of 30 or more days during the manufacturer's warranty period or the first year, whichever is earlier. The buyer or lessee must have done the initial repair during the first year of delivery. The remaining repairs, for the same defect, must occur within 2 years of the initial repair attempt. The buyer or lessee has the right to demand a refund or may choose to accept a comparable replacement vehicle currently in production. If a lessee agrees to accept a replacement vehicle, the lease agreement cannot be changed, except to substitute the VIN. (The rest is here: http://www.michigan.gov/ag/0,1607,7-...7386--,00.html)
I guess I should probably get going on getting my car into the dealer just in case the lemon law applies to my car also.

Have the dealership look into it, though. Make sure you tell them everything about the conditions you are in when it occurs (i.e. surface of ground, temperature, etc.). The more info you can give them, the easier it will be for them to fix.
As for the sunroof, they may just replace the whole thing.
OK lit my start from the beginning.
My First 3 months of ownership in for service
Clutch neutral safety switch Fixed
Axle clicking from reverse to forward not fixed
About 6 months of ownership in for service
Rims start chipping Fixed
Axles still click Not fixed
(they tell me its the brakes
-With New brakes clicking still exists)
About 9 mouths of ownership in for service(hit a deer on highway)
They replace hole Right front of car
New problems
Abs light comes on Left rear wheel sensor Not fixed
Rattling in motor compartment Not fixed
Intercooler Fill tube mount cracked Not fixed
Axles still click Not fixed
So because of the deer accident am I S,O,L as far as lemon law or any other problems that would have or will be lemonable?
