When I download the fall tour I only get the audio?

yea I noticed WMP doesn't like it, use VLC it's the best video player I've come across even plays BIN files for burning CD's.

If you want to play it with Windows Media Player or whatever player you use you need to install this codec: http://download.divxmovies.com/XviD-1.1.0-30122005.exe it's really small. VLC has all the codecs built in that's why it can play pretty much anything.
