umm??? I think you're referring to the door panel? It all pops off in one piece. All you need to do is remove the two screws near where the window/lock controls are, and the one screw there the door handle is. Then just pop off the panel with a little force. There's a couple threads about this...but I'm too lazy to look.

Check out the DIY on recovering the door inserts... I'm pretty sure it's explained there.

 

im talking about the silver trim rings that go around the lock button and button to roll teh widnows up/down with!!
