i went to my dealer yesterday to order the intake for the G5 and there on back order and dont know when there going to be any more comeing in i really wanted to get the intake for the car befor i parked it but i guess with the money i was going to use for the intake ill use it to put the front lip on the car.

i love mine. id reccomend it. didnt take all that long from crateenginedepot either.

 

When I ordered mine it took a while to get. It's a 2007 part and I wonder if production isn't fully up to speed (or demand is a lot higher than they anticipated).

You'll have an ear-to-ear smile on your face the first time you go WOT and listen to your engine sucking air. Do you have the GMPP exhaust? I have the GMPP manifold and the GMPP performance Cat-Back Exhaust. Nice and loud when I want it to be and quiet when I don't.

 

i no i cant wait to get it im geting the SS s/c front lip put on it next week and then im going to order the intake after that. i didnt get any of the muffler stuff yet for it. the car right now has a nice tone to it so i can only think with a muffler what it will sound lol haha.

 

GM's been out of them for a while now! About 2 months I'd say. You need to find a warehouse that has them cause GM don't.
