Alright.. i posted a form cause my check engine light came on.

I braaught it to my mechanic and we hooked up his code reader.. and it said my car was running lean??

He said its the o2 sensor?? but i said the car is brand new.. 14 000 km? any ideas guys.. I also installed my Injen Intake a 4 days before.. so we just erased the code to see if it would come back

 

thats probably why it came on. that seems to be a common issue in our cars. they don't like change

 

o2 sensors are a common fix on chevy's, my dad's camaro has gone through tons of em and my car has now gone through a couple too.

 

I have the same thing. Its the P0171 code. I hope you have better luck with it than me. Ive had the code reset probably 8 times, a new o2 sensor and even had my ecu reprogrammed and it still comes on. My car is completely stock btw.

 

check the pipeing on the injen to make sure theres no leaks. Make sure the maf is tight.
