nope, u only see it on "launch" during drag racing.

 

hey man i have this and love it. since you dont plan on drag racing it is not a necessary mod, but i suggest you get it anyways. for around $150 you have the piece of mind that you will most likely not break an axle if you do need to get into the car a bit. not to mention the fact it will help if you need to speed up quickly in an emergency situation in 1st gear. however, i would bring some pics and details to your dealer and see if they would do anything with your warranty because of it.
