me and a couple guys are gonna meet up tomorrow(SAT. Dec. 9th) at twin peaks in lewisville, tx if anyone is down. have a couple beers, scope out the chicks, and hang out with the cars. a couple cobalts, a GTO(6.0), maybe a DSM... anyone else down for this???

well despite rain we can still chill up there. we dont need to get any runs in, the roads are prolly too cold anyway. i tried flooring it in 2nd today to get around a slow truck and my tires lit up instantly.
by the way, i just realized how ghetto my home town really is. my parents house got broken into and the ******* stole the plasma and laptop! i mean, i knew it was the hood, but i didnt think it was THAT bad yet. people gettin killed and stuff now. jeez...

I'm in denton, so its right around for me too. I'd also like to check out the drag strip thats just north of denton in Sanger if anyone is up for that as well

My personal experiences with denton dragway have been unpleasent, they've been bankrupt 4 or 5 times and the guy that owns the place is doing nothing to rejuvenate it. So i stopped going. When you should have 100 guys lined up to go one after another the most i've ever seen there were 20-30

 

Are there any other places around here that are good? I've found some other places, but they are an hours drive away
