yeah, that seems more likely to be done by the stupid owner. as i recall someone on here had an rs badge on his cobalt.

 

It could be either. I've seen a brand new base Cobalt for sale at my dealer with a body kit, fake dual exhaust and SS stickers, not even real badges. IMO, it looked like ****. So I wouldn't put this past a dealer.

It was my 05 Cobalt that had the emblems and never ONCE in this kooky forum did I ever refer to it as a Cobalt RS... I just thought it would be neat.

hey fucko... you want to keep your **** to yourself? I'm not some 19 year old with my first new cars. I was driving 'real' cars when you were still sucking your thumb and watching cartoons.

I built my car the way I wanted to and it looked great. I had muscle car folks at car shows and in the club commenting on how great it looked and how the emblems looked factory. I didn't just order some late model Camaro emblems, say what the **** and put them on... i put the car together the way I thought GM would've made an RS package. I picked 1968 Camaro as the target because that's what I felt the Cobalt was best compared to. Good power, fun to drive, spiffy looks... So I ordered accordingly. One thing I didn't get pics of were the GM Tonawanda decal for the valve cover... so you might as well flame that too.

It's guys like you that are killing the hobby... It has to look this way, or has to look that way. It's killing me! What's funny is that when i traded it in, when i was taking my stuff out of the car, the couple that bought it did so because it reminded the old guy of his Camaro and his wife loved it because it just looked fast. I still see the car tooling around town and they take great care of it... I love the fact that the stuff that i did to that car was appreciated, even though it wasn't appreciated by the so-called 'community' we have here. In alot of ways, the same **** that killed J-body.org is happening right here, right now. Closed minded ******** like you (and i say that with a smile) who aren't content to just let someone have their own way of doing things without taking a big fat **** on it.

I've never had a Musclecar... I've had am 84 Capri RS 5.0L and a Merkur XR4Ti, as well a Ford Pinto with a built 2.3L in it. You dismissing my post because you know that you just made a complete ******* out of yourself and are trying to cover it up.
