Ok Here it goes...

I am a happy owner of Cobalt LS Coupe (with a full Alpine Audio System). Anyway I am driving along an and I accidently bumped into someone (@ less than 5mph) OK ya so I am pretty pissed off at myself. I take into my dealers body shop, they are going to replace the front bumper...ok fine, but they did a CRAPPY job, so they said they would do it again..once again OK fine. One week later they call and guess what happend??? while it was in their possesion and while it was sitting out back drying, a DELIVERY TRUCK backed into it!!!!. #@$% now they are going to replace the back bumper as we speak. Needless to say I ahvent had my car for the month of July!!! in return the gm of the dealer said he would give me free window tinting, but I'm still pretty ticked.

 

I would have told him I wanted to see the back of my car before any body work was done as a result of the delivery truck "run-in"...I'd be pissed as hell!!!!!!!!!

 

Oh I saw the damage, that was caused by the truck, because I had to go to the insurance adjuster to make another claim.

Holy Crap.. 2 claims so close together. I bet your insurance will sky rocket. It sure as heck would here in NJ.

 

there should only be one on his insurance the one when he hit the person @ 5mph. the dealer should be taking care of the delivery truck not his insurance.

 

Correct, I have to pay the $200 deductable for the first accident and the Truck has to pay for the second...funny the dealer has nothing to do with this.

if tint is illegal where you live, thats shitty
compensating you for an accident with illegal services
