Now that my warranty is over i started messing with my car.
I hooked it up to my friends snap on odb 2 scanner and was looking at some features in the scan tool and noticed that my throttle positon is only going to 87%.
I tried it with the motor off and running down the road 1% difference between the two.
could this be the reason i only hit 10 lbs boost?

 

i asked tha same thing. 87% is WOT. you want more boost, get a stage2.
mine was about 10.5 lbs, according to my interceptor @ 87% throttle position.
use your search kung-foo.

 

most people only see 87% so that has nothing to do with it.

as for boost the interceptor reads differently then a normal guage so it will give you a slightly different number, 10.6 is like the max i saw on the stock pulley, i hit 20.8 on the 2.6 now

 

yeah my interceptor says 87% but stock, Im getting 13 PSI
