was under the car checking things out yesterday and noticed that the bend that goes under the rear suspension is at least 3"s lower than the rest of the frame and stuff.. is there any bulletons about this? after seeing that theres no way if i lower the car its not gonna scrape! even if im driving thru snow it'll probly be scraping over the top.. i have a 2.4l ss by the way.. i checked all braces and stuff and they seem perfect.. i wonder if i take it in what kinda bullshit motormart will throw at me.. doe anyone else notice it being low on their car too?

 

come on!.. someone with a 2.4 ss look under their car and see if they think theirs is alot lower than the frame too!

Check all your exhaust hangers, I don't remember mine hanging lower than the frame like you say.

And depending how low you lower it no matter what you run a risk of hitting your EVAP Canister on the front of the gas tank, but they take a LOT of abuse so you'd be fine. And you'd only hit it trying to go over curbs and what not

well its so weird cause the rest is tucked up so nicely and ive checked all hangers and stuff.. heres pics

 

that might be a lil lower than my magnaflow cat back....if you dont like it like that take it to an exhaust shop im sure they can fix it. or if its the stock exhaust take it to the dealer and tell them.

yeah its a stock exhaust, but i guess if i drive over anything high as that the front bumper is toast too, maybe next oil change ill ask motormart to see if anythings out of order...
