Tire size for 17"

what are max tires i can do with 17"

can i go like 215/45/17 or 215/40/17

I'm using 225/45-17
I am thinking a 235 would fit too.

on front and rear
do they rub at all

i will have a lowerkit on as well

yea, on both...no rubbing at all. I have Sportlines on too.

It seem to me that the stock tires are too small for the rim. At least on my 07 the wheel sticks out further then the sidewall of the tire.... Looks odd if you ask me.
