i have had this car for 1 month some of you had asked pics of the tint coat ididnt get any pics before the lady wacked out on pills hit me in the parking lot of a local parts store at what she claims was 15 mph then i find out that she has no insurance ive seen them repair some messed up cars in my day i hope they total this one ive only made 1 payment..........click here tosee picshttp://www.myspace.com/mjayrogers

that sucks i think they may total it for the simple fact that thae rear quarter panel is completly shot and is integral to the car.. hell i did 10600 worth of damage rear ending a pickup at 25-30 mph with brakes locked
nope just full cov with 500 deductible

Im talkiing with a friedn right now and he is an INS adjuster, I sent hiw the link and he ses that:
A: your car is totaled
B: she was doing 35-40mph
C: Crack heads suck. (Usualy for less then 5 bucks) <lol.

That is a long ways away from being totalled. Insurance companies will only total out a car if the coast of repairs exceeds %70 percent of it's value. I manage a collision center in Texas. From what I can see in the photos, it really is not that bad. A good shop will be able to fix that without any problems.
Oops. I didn't see the back end. IT is close to a total but not a definistive. There will need to be about $15000 in damages to accomplish that. It will be close.
