What kind of NOS kit you gonna get?

if its something small, no need for gauges...unless you like the eye candy

at very minimum you want bottle pressure gauge. As any n2o user will tell you the difference between spraying at something like 700-800psi is night & day compared to 1000-1100psi... as in, lose vs win. So get that bottle pressure gauge so you can
A) tell when you're about empty
B) tell when you should not be racing
Some may also advise a fuel pressure gauge, so that you can make sure your n2o system will be getting fuel when it asks for it. as spraying your n2o w/o fuel there (in a wet kit environment) would not be good.

To accompany that, a bottle warmer is a good idea to help you get up and maintain bottle pressure so that you don't have to worry about it as much

If it's a wet nitrous kit (highly recommended) then an AFR gauge isn't as necessary as if it's a dry kit. but dry kits run high risk of blowing your **** up. As the wet kit adds fuel w/ the n2o, your AFR should be right on all the time. if you plan on screwing w/ the n2o/fuel jets manually tho, to make your own custom setup or something, then get a wideband sensor and AFR gauge so you can make sure your setup's right on...

after that it's all about safety and spray timing. WOT switch, arming switch, and RPM window switch are all things i'd recommend. i discourage the "push for nawwwzzz" functionality seen in hollywood as there are many ppl (specifically newbs to the juice) that blow their **** up this way.

then u have to think about where you'll be racing. track racing nearly always requires a blowdown tube for safety.

as you can see i lean toward a complete solution when doing something like this... tends to save your ass in the long run..
