My 06 SS/SC has 11,500 miles on it. over bumps i have noticed a sound from my doors kinda like the door rubbing on the weather stripping has anyone else noticed this? Also when the car goes over bumps at an angle so the car rocks side to side i get this loud creaking/cracking sound from either the roof area or rear quarters. Anyone diagnose this problem. Also how do you fix the dreaded rear deck rattle. mine feels solid on the passenger side but seems like it has no support on the drivers side. It creaks and rattles on that side. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Mybe you have a lemon. My car make noises also at 13,000 miles and im starting to hear the rattle on the back deck. maybe we both have a lemon. lol

 

my rear deck rattles like a bitch...but that is because the speakers are UNDER the deck...and the subwoofer shakes that floating deck like a bitch.

 

it does it when the music isn't even on. like if i push on the deck behind the passenger rear headrest it feels solid and is supported but the drivers side if i push on the there is nothing underneath it and it creaks when i push on it

 

hmmm, I havnt had any probs here, maybe it is a lemon....

 

I had a noise coming from the front passenger area that was driving me crazy. I couldn't figure it out for months because it only rattled while driving at slow speeds and I couldn't make it rattle when hitting different areas -- door, console, dash, etc.
It turned out to be the passenger seat's adjuster bar.
