Has anyone done the GMPP intake, Performance exhaust and Extrude honed manifold, and if so has anyone dyno'd their 2.2L before and after?

Anyways, my intake and exhaust will be installed sometime next week, and the manifold i'll order once the first two are on.

Wow I guess nobody has done all three and a dyno. I might be the first one.

Okay I should have Intake and exhaust on tomorrow or tuesday, and extrude honed will probably be on the following week sometime, final dyno shortly after.

Here's the thread he was talkin about http://www.cobaltss.net/forums/showthread.php?t=46270

Numbers were 166.3whp and 163.3wtq, with a 21 hp gain. Not bad but I expected more.

So did you get the bigger injectors, a down pipe and a good tune?

i have the injectors, not sure about the downpipe yet, im waiting on the harness to get the tune,

i have the money in hand for all this, just gotta play the waiting game til some shit gets here. the damn harness was 130 at the dealer, ouch.. but whatever, gotta pay to play,

i was expecting 5-10 more hp and tq but im stil happy, besides, every dyno is different, and it was cold as shit outside and snowing the day i dyno'd, maybe it'll be a better run once it gets warm out

Yeah 4 cyl's tend to not like the cold more than v8's. But I won't have a problem with the cold I live in Arizona. Nice hot Arizona. Actually the temp should be just about right for dyno testing for the next month, its 60-80's right now.

What size and brand injectors did you use? 34#?

What brands are you considering for a down pipe?

nice temps in ariona huh, i just washed the car, SPOTLESS, and now theres 10cm of snow coming down WTF!!!

ya know im not sure what downpipe to get if i even get one,

right now i dont wanna stray too much from warranty parts, i know a tune will void the warranty, but i know ppl that saved the factory flash and put it back before they took it in for warranty repair, i might be wrong on that one tho,

all i really want outa this car ( for now cuz its my daily driver ) is near 200whp na

My dad is actually gonna have the guys at his work tune my car once I get new injectors and stuff. I love having a dad that works at a chevy dealership.

You should ask your dealership if they can tune your engine with the new injectors.

Oh are the injectors Chevy parts? And did Chevy install or you installed?

they didnt even know what harness to use lol, and they said its just plug n play, there's no tune out for it or flash

Check my Sig. I have all the mods + a few more. I don't have Dyno #'s but to give you an idea, my car will beat a stock Cobalt 2.2L at any speed any day of the week.

It's worth it.
