new purchase 06 ss/sc

hi guys(and gals)just bought an 06 silver ss/sc with 9000 miles and was wondering if how I could tell if it had the stage 1 mod has been done yet?It seems to have the stock pulley on the s/c but the fuel mileage is a little less than i expected so i was thinking maybe the stage 1 mod had been done but how do I tell? Thanks Scott

If your redline is 7000 then it has been done.
If it's only 6450, then it hasn't been done.

What is your gas mileage say for average??
26-30 is normal without stage 1
Plus it depends on how hard you lay on the gas

Enjoy the Balt and welcome to forum
