Dilemma...

I have an 07 LS, and i really want to start modding it, performance-wise. The only thing is, i only plan on keeping this car for max 2 years and then get and ss/sc. I don't know if i should stay with my LS and mod the hell out of it, and forget the ss/sc, or just wait it out.

Either way, would i take much of a fall if i sell/trade-in the LS with some performance parts installed on it beforehand? Or would i be able to break even?

It would be hard but I say hold out because who knows what the cobalt will have as far as boost goes in a couple years. Plus if your dedicated and start saving money now that you would be spending on modding the LS you can mod the **** out of the SS as soon as you get it. And you wont get **** out of your mods on any car.

you will not get anything for your mods if you leave them on the car... as far as taking a hit, the value of these cars goes down alot after you take it... so, depending on how much you paid vs. how much it's worth, could be a huge hit...

Eh... just wait until you have the SS/SC and then mod that.

Ya i think im going to hold off, and just go with my original plan of just lowering it, and putting new wheels/tires on it. The dealer i bought it from is owned by a family friend and he said he would raise the trade-in price if i lower it, etc.(basic things).

ill probably just leave it at that and start savin.

Just trade the car in for something you want if you want performance.

I did and took the "hit",but my payments only went up 100 dollars for my WRX and its definetly a performance upgrade
