I'm not sure about the Injen, but with the AEM CAI, they wouldn't be able to see that you're not stock. And furthermore, your warrenty should be fine with just an intake.

Hmm wierd. Here, a dealership told me I can do anything I want that cant directly put the engine at risk regarless of aftermarket manufacturer.

He's just being difficult. Think about it; how can an intake void your entire warranty? The only way a modification can void warranty work is if they can prove that the modification directly contributed to the problem. For example, if you installed a filter that needed oiling and you over-oiled it, causing the MAF to freak out, that wouldn't be covered. But if your alternator went sour, they can't point to the intake and say "Well, this car is modified, so we don't have any obligation to pay for a new alternator!"

BTW, isn't the Injen a dryflow? You shouldn't have any problems with it then. Just watch out for fitment issues, I've heard that can happen with the injen.

So just enjoy the increased whine of your supercharger and forget what those parts dept. ****'s told you!

this is really a gray thing. most of the time, it just means the that dealer doesn't want to deal with it if you mess with the car. i can sorta understand their logic.

some dealers are okay with work done, others... not so much. you may want to look around, find the dealers that often install goodies on cars.

hint: look for places with "modded" cars for sale. ie, jacked up trucks, fancy paint, different exhausts. talking to the tech will help a lot, sometimes it is just proving that you're not an *******.
