Took my stock muffler and tail pipe, off my 06 SS/SC to fit a GMPP system. This is a stock system with less than 6,500 miles on it. Never seen salt etc. Great condition and I carefully cut it at the factory weld.

You know it's welded on? So, if I cut if off, you're gonna have problems fitting it (over a bolt on one) and I'll have a POS pipe left...............

Is this a complete stock cat-back? If so, will it fit an 06 LS?

 

It's from the bolted flange (mid way under the car) back to the tip. I just changed out the system for a GMPP system. I'm guessing that since you can fit a GMPP system to an LS, then yes, it will fit.

 

I'm pretty sure he means from the big-ass resonator back. Correct me if I'm wrong.
(If I am right, then this isn't technically a catback.)
