Racing opens April 6th. It's been a long off season. Lots of new mods hope to run high 12's

I hope to see other balts out there this year. It gets lonely beating honda by myself.

I would love to see a dozen balt's show up at the races. So far im the only one that has raced there. My balt has turned alot of heads. So if there where more the honda would turn tail and run. LOL

 

You might see me out there. My girlfriends brother-in-law races his Chevelle out there every weekend...I have been meaning to go out and watch him race. I don't know if I'll put the balt down the track though, being stock and all.

 

even stock you can do fine. Last year I ran all stock and my best pass was 14.56

 

Hopefully this summer I will have some basic stuff done, stage 2, gmpp manifold and exhaust. I guess it would be cool to see some before and after times...

 

what nights do u go down there? I plan on modding the balt all summer long and go to the track when i can. Right now ive got stage 2. and i dont know if im going to go header and exhaust or clutch when i get it back

 

go to www.bremertonraceway.com you can see the dates. All the street legals race on fridays and sundays. I usally run both days.
the first weekend is april 6th & 8th
next is april 20th & 22nd

right on. Last year I was the only balt out there and I was still stock but it was alot of fun. This year will be different thow. I have spent close to 7000.00 on my car in performance mods and my shop has worked closely with turbo technoligys to dial her in. I can't wait to see how she runs on the 6th.

 

what kind of shop do you work at? and if its a car shop, which im guessing it is. how much would you charge to change a clutch and drop from a 3 inch to a 2.8 pulley?

 

It's my shop. I formaly closed it four years ago. However an occassional side job is fun.
