Can somone please explain to me why my ZZP 2.5" pulley will not align correctly on my hub? I have grinded my snout well past the 2.6 i had on that lines up. I just dont understand what is in the way from it lining up. It seems as though the inside circle of the pulley is hitting the hub's circle in the middle of it and its not aligning up. Also if ZZP sees this is there anyway you can send me a 2.5" pulley as this one might be defective.

measure and compare the 2.6 to the 2.5, put them front to front and see if the holes all line up and then check to see if the holes for the hub are the same. be nice if you could use a vernier!

 

nevermind i got it. ^^Thanks man that's what I did. With a little bit of sanding on the 2.5" pulley's inner circle and now its on the car and looks great

I had this same problem with my 2.7 from ZZP. I ended up just machining the snout and using some emery cloth to get it to fit right. Would have just sent it back, but I had the charger off and the car stuck in a bay at work.

 

ya and ZZP saying that there 2.6' pulley fits without snout maching is false bc Ljavy17 and I both had to minimally grind down our snouts to fit the 2.6.

 

whats the benefit of meth injecting aside form the colder temps, more hp?
